The British Heart Foundation loves walking and this September they want to get you on your feet to raise funds to help beat heart disease.
So join the Bute Park Walk in Cardiff on Sunday 16th September and get your friends and family to join in the fun and stay healthy on what will hopefully be a nice sunny day!
You can choose from a 3 or 6 mile route around the picturesque Bute Park, starting and finishing at Coopers Field behind Cardiff Castle. The event starts at 10:30am and there will be refreshments and entertainment to keep you motivated along the way.
Real Patrol and Real Radio presenters will be there on the day handing out goodies and encouraging you to keep your heart healthy and help the British Heart Foundation to raise life-saving funds.
There are various entry fees for taking part - £5 for adults, £3 for under 16s and a special rate of £13 for families (a higher registration fee is applicable if you register on the day). These entry fees cover the cost of organising and administering the event, it’s only through sponsorship efforts that the BHF benefits.
There is no minimum sponsorship amount, but raise as much as you can.
Register now for the BHF Bute Park Walk.
This is not just a walk in the park. This walk will help the BHF save lives because together we can beat heart disease.
