Southport Flower Show - Celebrating Its 80^th Year

Southport Flower Show has a reputation as one of the largest, most diverse and friendliest shows in the country.
Now celebrating its 80th year, the flower show is as much a part of Southport’s rich heritage as the town’s historical pier.
Taking place across four days, gardening enthusiasts can enjoy the million blooms that will be on display while budding chefs explore the new fine food offering.

Set in Southport’s beautiful Victoria Park and attracting up to 80,000 visitors, the flower show offers something for everyone.
Foodies will be spoilt for choice, as local suppliers from across the North West of England will be offering everything from cheese, pickles and preserves to locally produced wine.

Meanwhile, gardening enthusiasts can take in the amateur and floral competitions which attracts hundreds of entries each year, not to mention the inspirational show gardens.

More than 250 exhibitors will be offering everything from home and garden furniture to local crafts and fashions.

Entertainment will include live music, arena displays and appearances from some of the country’s favourite celebrity gardeners, who will be offering visitors advice on creating their own show-stopping garden.
